30-Second TMS Film Festival Rules
1. Submission Requirements
Films must be no longer than 30 seconds, excluding any credits that take additional time. Submissions exceeding this time limit will be disqualified.
Each submission must be uploaded as an unlisted YouTube link. Public, private, or other formats will not be accepted.
Only one film per participant or team is allowed.
2. Content Guidelines
The sole content requirement is that the film must depict the creation of the "Morning Stream" meme of your choice. (ex. you can eat rice, I can totally see why you like it, etc.) Be creative and have fun!
All films must be appropriate for general audiences:
No nudity, explicit content, or graphic violence.
Avoid any hateful, offensive, or defamatory material.
Films should be original works created by the submitter(s). Use of copyrighted content (music, video clips, images) without proper authorization will result in disqualification.
3. Technical Requirements
Films must be submitted in English or include English subtitles.
Ensure your film has clear audio and visuals. Poor technical quality may impact judging.
Your YouTube link must remain accessible (unlisted) for the duration of the festival and judging period.
4. Judging Criteria
Creativity and originality in depicting the creation of the TMS meme.
Effective storytelling within the 30-second time limit.
Production quality (e.g., sound, visuals, editing).
Adherence to the festival rules.
5. Submission Deadline
All films must be submitted by January 31st, 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
6. General Terms
By submitting, participants agree to allow the festival organizers to showcase their films during the event or related promotions.
The festival organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates the above rules or standards.
All decisions by the judges are final.
